Students created a small styrofoam plate and printed at least twice using purple printing ink on colorful paper. Then we moved on to a more advanced material, linoleum. Students made 3 sketches, chose their favorite one, transferred their sketch to the linoleum, and cut the image with linoleum cutters. We then printed using a variety of colors of printing ink on white paper. I collected colorful objects for the found objects color spectrum collaboration.
